The Garden Flat is the ideal self-catering property set beneath one of the most famous Tors of Dartmoor, at 1000 feet above sea level, Haytor.  Our stunning one bedroom garden flat has just undergone refurbishment in February 2012 to a very high standard.  This property sleeps 2+ 1 (sofa bed in lounge) and would ideally suit a couple on their own or with a child.  The open moorland is a 5 minute walk away.

A freshly prepared Devon Cream Tea awaits your arrival and dinner is available if requested in advnace.  Mulled wine and mince pies available for bookings in December.

The Property

Bedroom - one double bedroom.  All linen is provided free of charge.

Bathroom - including full sized bath and separate shower

Kitchen - fully fitted modern kitchen with microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, electric cooker and hob, dining area with views over the garden.

Living room - with TV, freeview, DVD player and a sofa bed for +1 child if needed, games, DVDs and local books / maps available.
 
Patio - patio area with table, chairs overlooking the garden and meadow beyond.  Use of BBQ and extra space with washing line.  Full use of the large garden if required.

The property has central heating and extra electric heating if required all included in the price.  We are located on site and are available for information or assistance as required.
